Day 1: A summary of what you should do next..to start or restart your business. We will be covering your sphere, friends and family. Tools readily available in the MLS that will automate your business and create stream of referrals. We will discuss Sellers, Buyers and Renters. Building your "substance image" not your social media image. What you know is more profitable than what you look like.
Día 1: un resumen de lo que debe hacer a continuación... para iniciar o reiniciar su negocio. Estaremos cubriendo su esfera, amigos y familiares. Herramientas fácilmente disponibles en la MLS que automatizarán su negocio y crearán un flujo de referencias. Hablaremos de vendedores, compradores y arrendatarios. Day 2: Discovery. Nothing starts well and ends well without discovery. You will learn how to lose your reluctance to approach and ask questions. You will learn to ask informative questions and open ended questions. You will learn how to take this information to define your searches effeciently and get your customer to close. It is best to ask 50 questions and show 5 homes than to ask 5 questions and show 50 homes. It is better for you to walk into a listing presentation with more knowledge than the seller and position yourself as the expert.

Day 3: The MLS and it's Tools. Best Search strategies. Auto searches for you and the buyer/seller. Concierge searches. Find more FHA, Handyman and Short Term Rental Properties that hidden from standard searches. A brief explanation of financing programs and terms.
Día 3: La MLS y sus Herramientas. Las mejores estrategias de búsqueda. Búsquedas automáticas para usted y el comprador/vendedor. Búsquedas de conserjería. Day 4: Meeting customers, showing homes and closing the deal. Explaining the contract by learning the contract. Showing the property expertly. Talking to a Seller, listening to the seller creating a presentation. Overcoming objections. Closing techniques for buyers and sellers.

Day 5: Prospecting, finding more buyers. More discovery, more closing techniques. Phone conversations, Goals at each conversation. Social Media and e-mail. Wrapping up the course with questions and certificates.
