In the state of Florida, becoming a Real Estate Sales Associate (real estate agent) requires completing a 63-hour pre-licensed Sales Associate license course approved by the state.

The class will teach you real estate content in a comfortable setting with a fast flowing instructor. You will be preparing you for the class test and the Florida state exam as the goal.

The instructor is Joaquín Gutiérrez, Broker-Associate and instructor certified by the state of Florida, founder of JGRES.
