I was in marketing designing and selling advertisements. I learned the value of advertising and the impact that each type of media can give your campaigns. Design including colors and fonts and the psychology of the ad.

I attended several different sales training programs that taught me a win-win sales attitude that I also share. Although these techniques are invaluable lessons for any industry they are absent in real estate.

From the manner that you approach a prospect to the way to "close"the deal are all part of one plan not a series of events that occur. You cannot stumble into success, there will be no consistency.
