Refund and Cancellation Policy
At JGRES, we value your satisfaction and are committed to providing quality real estate education and services. If you need to cancel or request a refund, please review our policy below:
1. Cancellation Period
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@jgres.com within 3 calendar days of purchase or enrollment to qualify for a refund review.
- Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the date of approval.
3. Refund Amount and Penalties
- Refunds are subject to a $50 administrative fee to cover processing costs.
- If the course or service has already commenced, or Materials have already been ordered, a prorated refund will be calculated based on the unused portion of the service, minus the administrative fee. The materials will be available for pick up since you paid for them.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Course materials have been accessed or downloaded.
- A breach of the Terms of Use has occurred.
5. Review Process for Refund Requests
All refund requests are subject to review and approval. JGRES reserves the right to deny requests that do not comply with this policy or fail to provide adequate justification.
6. Changes to Policy
JGRES reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on our website.
