45 HR Post-License Sales Associate Course

45-hour Post-License Sales Associate Course with Florida State Approved Curriculum and Florida Certified Instructor.

FREC rules require anyone with a Sale Associate license to complete 45 hours of Post-License education before their first license renewal. There is no grace period, and failing to do so  will result in your license being null and void, expired is Fired and you will have to start with the 63 Pre-License course again.  Don’t wait and put your license and income at risk.
